Professinal Package
Lithium batteries are DG goods. The shipping must according to MSDS and UN38.3 regulations. Coremax lithium batteries have passed all required rules. All batteries packed with foams in a brown carton box. Then fit into wood case or wooden pallet. The packing materials provide strong protections to inside batteries. Make sure customer receive batteries in a best condition.
How to ship lithium battery packs.
- 1. For small lithium batteries cells and small battery packs, we can ship by air or express.
- 2. For heavy shipment and higher wh/ batteries, we will shipping by freight. For large order, we ship by containers.
- 3. Coremax provides standard shipping to most area like USA and Europe. Shipping service include DDU. DDP. Please confirm with our sales team for the latest shipping rate.
Lithium ion batteries are different from normal shipment. It requires special shipping forwarder to take care of them. You are welcome to use your shipping agent. Before that, please confirm with your agent as these are DG shipment. We provide shipping service to most area and different country. I did have an issue with the new units. The protocol is somewhafferent. First units worked, but were not labeled as ‘pylontech’, but as ‘#.’ or something. Worked. New units get classified as ‘Pylontech batteries’ in victron. But the new batteries don’t get charged passed 47% or 52.5v. Which is the limit for 15s pylontech batteries. These units are 16s, zo require different voltages. But victron keeps the settings locked. Probably a fix coming for it in new beta version.

I managed to modify the victron software to give higher voltage for all pylontech. Now works fine. Thought you might know. Maybe other customers have same issues.

Hi George,For car starting purpose, it is not recommended to choose LiFePO4 battery.It is better to choose a good car battery, lead acid technology.LiFePO4 battery will not win at instant high current.If for constant current, most of the LiFePO4 batteries can only keep working at 1C current, or maybe lower.This means your 32Ah battery can be working at 32A, 4 cells is 12.8V, the constant power is 409.6W.It seems not able to run your 1.4kW motor and DO remember to get a protection circuit board for your LiFePO4 pack.Andy
