This battery bank is designed in the Eg4ll / Gyll style and has a capacity of 20kWh. It is built using 48V 400Ah Lifepo4 batteries with an internal BMS. This system consists of 16S prismatic cells for a 48V system. The design is intended for solar off-grid systems, and it uses 16 prismatic 3.2V cells in series to provide the 20kWh battery storage. This is different from the industry standard which uses hundreds of AA-grade Lithium battery cells in series. The battery uses A+++ Cells that are UL listed and designed for over 7000 cycles at 80% depth of discharge, meaning it can last for more than 15 years even with daily deep discharge. The battery has Bluetooth connectivity which makes it easy to set up and monitor using your mobile phone. It has an operating efficiency of 99% compared to AGM batteries which have an efficiency of 80%, which is equivalent to adding 20% additional solar panels to your current system. The BMS CMX provides a 15-year design life, and if anything happens, replacement/spare BMS is available.

Lithium batteries are DG goods. The shipping must according to MSDS and UN38.3 regulations. Coremax lithium batteries have passed all required rules. All batteries packed with foams in a brown carton box. Then fit into wood case or wooden pallet. The packing materials provide strong protections to inside batteries. Make sure customer receive batteries in a best condition.
How to ship lithium battery packs.
- 1. For small lithium batteries cells and small battery packs, we can ship by air or express.
- 2. For heavy shipment and higher wh/ batteries, we will shipping by freight. For large order, we ship by containers.

Lithium ion batteries are different from normal shipment. It requires special shipping forwarder to take care of them. You are welcome to use your shipping agent.
