This compact 20 kWh system is suitable for normal home use. It can work with many different inverter brands. The EGbatt 48200W is an intelligent 20 kWh (20.48 kWh usable) solar battery backup system for home appliances. When combined with your solar system, you can reduce electricity consumption from the public grid by up to 90%, enabling a “local production, local consumption” model. You achieve optimum solar power storage utilization at all times. Since the home solar battery backup system operates in parallel with the grid, you only draw the amount of electricity from the grid that may be needed in addition to the stored power. Basic Description
The EGbatt CMX48200W is a scalable wall‑mounted home battery system that supports up to 16 units in parallel, delivering a total storage capacity of up to 160 kWh. This battery system is available in flexible capacity options ranging from 10 kWh to 160 kWh, in 10 kWh increments.
Its modular design allows for easy configuration into various voltage platforms and capacity levels, and simplifies maintenance.
The integrated Battery Management System (BMS) is engineered for maximum reliability.
Utilizing Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) chemistry, the battery offers high safety, long cycle life, and a service life exceeding 20 years.

Computer Monitor Software
Computer monitoring software for the EGbatt battery BMS is available for this 10 kWh wall mounted home battery. The monitoring software communicates with Windows or Mac OS via RS485 to USB. This software allows you to monitor all operating parameters of the battery, including discharge current, voltage, charging current, temperature of the cells and BMS, state of charge (SOC), and state of health (SOH) of the pack. In addition, the BMS software can read all historical records logged by the BMS during operation. Therefore, if any issue occurs, we can easily review the information and alarms from the software.

In this mode, the power supply to the load is provided by the mains input. Solar power only charges the battery. When the battery power is seriously low, the AC mains will start to charge the battery. When the AC mains is powered off or abnormal, the system will switch to the battery to supply power to the load.

Battery Shipping
Lithium-ion batteries are classified as DG (Dangerous Goods) shipments. EGbatt batteries are certified with MSDS and UN38.3. We can ship batteries by sea or by air, depending on customer requirements.
All batteries are packed in well-protected foam and strong carton boxes. In addition, wooden cases are available for sea shipping.
Warranty
1. What is your warranty period?
We offer a standard factory warranty valid for 10 years on our battery products, starting from the date of installation, or no more than 10.5 years from the factory delivery date. The battery capacity will remain no less than 70% within 10 years or 10 MWh of throughput per kWh from the initial installation date, under the following conditions: charge rate ≤ 0.5C, and ambient temperature between 0°C and 30°C.
2. How do you proceed with warranty claims if the battery has issues?
Our engineer will remotely diagnose the issues using software, which requires assistance from the local installer. If it is a software issue, the battery can be repaired via firmware update. If it is a hardware issue, we will send a replacement battery module or BMS to the customer.

1. What battery cells do you use?
We use brand new prismatic cells from CATL or BYD. If necessary, please contact us for battery cell specifications.
2. How many cycles can your battery cells achieve?
CATL and BYD brand new cells can achieve 6000 cycles at 25°C under 0.5C conditions. Please note that under 1C conditions, the cycle life is typically around 3500 cycles.

Lithium batteries are DG goods. The shipping must according to MSDS and UN38.3 regulations. Coremax lithium batteries have passed all required rules. All batteries packed with foams in a brown carton box. Then fit into wood case or wooden pallet. The packing materials provide strong protections to inside batteries. Make sure customer receive batteries in a best condition.
